In the second and 3rd day, the protein shake is replaced by a helping of new fruit with about 100 calories' worth with 8-12 ounces of water. As for the dinner through the three days, it is composed of three cups of uncooked veggie salad with half of lime or lemon, half flaxseed, and half avocado 3-6 ounces of lean protein or egg whites, or a protein drink should also be integrated.
